Room Hire
At Whitewell Bottom Community Centre, there truly is something for everyone.
We are Disabled Friendly.
Parties - £45.00
Kitchen Hire - £5
Soft Play Area - £5
Room Hire - £15.00 per hour
Prices can be negotiated by Trustees if deemed necessary.

Hall with Serving Hatch
We have a very large Hall which holds the biggest bouncy castles for when the weather is not on our side. This room also has a serving hatch from the kitchen area.

Kitchen
In the Kitchen we have a large gas cooker with hobs. This room also has a hot tap, fridge - freezer, microwave and dishwasher!

Coffee Bar for up to 20 people
This room is perfect for smaller groups or can be used as an eating place when hiring out the Hall. This room also has access to the Kitchen and would be ideal for lunch clubs or a drop in cafe.

Computer Room
We also encourage computer use. This is where people can come in and use the computers free of charge. We also offer classes to people who need a little help when it comes to using the computers. For more information please get in touch!

Meeting Room
This room is ideal for meetings or conferences where you need a quieter area.

Long Room
This room is ideal for dance classes or smaller groups.

Football Field Hire
We also have a football field which is perfect for outside activities and football groups. For more information get in touch.

Parking
We also have plenty of parking spaces for room hires to use! So why not try us for your next event or party!

Soft Play Area
Here at the centre we now have a Soft Play Area to Hire. If you want to add this to your party we ask for an extra £5 on top of the cost of the party or if you just want to hire the soft play area you can do this for £30.

Breakfast Club
Every Monday from 10am
Each Monday we hold Breakfast Club for residents. You can come and join us for a FREE bacon butty and a chat! Everyone is welcome!
Crochet Class
Mondays from 11am
We are starting taught Crochet lessons here at the centre. We have some supplies that can be used but you are also welcome to bring your own.Please get in touch for more information.

Keep Fit
Every Tuesday 10am
Keep Fit is for the over 50's, this class is designed to encourage gentle movement and exercise. We have a lovely group that want to grow so please come along.
Rossendale Drum Majorettes
Every Tuesday and Friday from 6.15pm
Rossendale Drum Majorettes were formed in May 2018 and Whitewell Bottom community Centre have been their home since August 2018. The troupe is aimed at everyone aged 7+ and members do not need prior training as all training is provided by experienced members who are DBS cleared. The Majorettes have sections to accommodate everyone from pom pom or baton twirlers, flag or ceremonial mace displays or why not have a go in their marching band. The troupe are very diverse and are open to people of all abilities. * Membership fee and weekly subs applicable
Seated Exercise
Every Wednesday 11am
Seated exercise classes are some of our most popular. The gentle, chair-based exercises are great for improving your posture and balance, and are suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Some classes introduce resistance bands and hand weights for muscle strengthening.

It's Slime For Fun!
Every Saturday 09:30 - 12:00 Half term Monday to Friday 11:00 - 14:00

Saturday Night Line Dance
Saturday from 19:30
Here at Whitewell Bottom Community Centre we hold evening line dance for people in the community. We welcome people of all abilities from beginners to advanced. We are a lovely happy group and we want to expand on that and we want people within the community to be involved. Even if you are not confident you are more than welcome to come along and watch until you feel more confident!
Our Line Dance this month is on the 16th March 2019 and then every 4 weeks from then, and please feel free to contact us for more information.
Sequence Dance
Saturday from 19:30
We have newly set up a Sequence Dance where people of all abilities can come along and join in. Whether you are familiar with Sequence Dance or if you have never tried it you are welcome with us.
This class starts on the 30th March 2019 and then classes are every 4 weeks. For more information please get in touch.
